As the weeks go on, we've been slowly spreading the word as we bump into friends and family at gatherings, and malls...haha...great for them cus it's that time of year. Even so we're being picky with who we tell, except there is one person in particular Yogi and I really had to whisper the news to so we can put her to work.
As most of you know, we named our already 15 month old daughter after the person who introduced us in college. For this second child, we want to make it just as meaningful. That one odd day in the fall of 1997 sitting at the table with Yogi and Katie and watching me walk up to say hi was our sweet friend Abbey. Unfortunately, Abbey is not a name either Yogi or I would prefer to name our 2nd child after. No offense sweetie! However, we have tasked Abbey with the honor of choosing a name for our second born :o) The plan is, once we get confirmation of what the gender is (early March), Abes will start working on a few names for us to choose from. Abbey has agreed and is very excited about the task. We are also extremely thrilled that she can help our family grow with meaning. Thank you Abes, we love ya!!
Now should we by ANY chance have a 3rd child (not the plan), we'll definitely be in trouble cus there's no one else around when we met besides Katie and Abbey...haha...
